What You'll Be Doing

  • Partner with the SEFA accounting team with billing, payroll and vendor payables.
  • Perform and assist with the processing and auditing of daily billing.
  • Perform and assist with the timely processing of load payroll entries for company drivers.
  • Assist with the review and processing of invoices from outside carriers.
  • Partner with dispatch, operations, and accounting teams to resolve discrepancies and support efficient workflows.
  • Maintain transportation records and assist with reporting, audits, and administrative activities.

What Are We Looking For

  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to accurately process payroll and invoice data.
  • Demonstrated administrative and data entry skills in a fast-paced operational environment.
  • Ability to identify and resolve discrepancies while maintaining accuracy and deadlines.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills with internal teams and external vendors.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and the ability to learn company systems and processes.
