Provide coverage for inbound and outbound truck gate lanes as needed Inspect security equipment and report any maintenance needs Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams Answer questions in person or by phone Write incident reports and communicate security concerns Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property Qualifications for Concierge Security Guard 2-3+ years of Security Supervisor Experience Required 1-2 years working within a warehouse / logistics setting. (Truck Gate) Be authorized to work in the U.S. Be able to provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED Be able to ace (and pass) an extensive screening process Exceptional customer service skills Proficient in basic phone & computer skills If you have Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience - even better
