These competencies are vital to ensure the safety of people and property while effectively managing a security team during each shift.

What are the main challenges Security Shift Supervisors face when managing a diverse security team across multiple shifts?

Security Shift Supervisors often encounter challenges in maintaining consistent communication and performance standards across different shifts and team members. They must ensure all staff are briefed on protocols, handle incident reports efficiently, and provide support for both new and experienced guards.
