WHY JOIN US
If you're looking for a place to grow, make an impact, and work with people who care, we'd love to meet you!
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a Senior Technical Program Manager to orchestrate global delivery of a large-scale enterprise security program across distributed teams. You will align five workstreams, manage cross-regional dependencies, run Agile ceremonies, and provide executive-level reporting on velocity, budget, and milestones - with experience in vulnerability management lifecycles or cloud security architectures required. The role demands 5+ years managing complex, multi-region enterprise IT programs in regulated environments.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Orchestrate global delivery across follow-the-sun hubs, aligning execution across multiple workstreams, managing cross-regional dependencies, and ensuring transparent reporting;
- Global Coordination: Manage project timelines, dependencies, and Agile ceremonies across USA, EU, LatAm, and India pods to ensure seamless 24x7 progression;
- Workstream Alignment: Track the delivery of discrete milestones, from ASPM enablement to automated evidence attestation;
- Risk Mitigation: Identify and proactively resolve blockers spanning technical, operational, and resourcing domains;
- Governance & Reporting: Provide executive-level visibility into velocity, budget burn-down, and milestone completion.
MUST HAVES
- You must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the US (e.g., Green card holders, TN visa holders, GC EAD, H4 EAD, U4U with EAD), as we are unable to sponsor or take over employment visa sponsorship at this time;
- 5+ years managing complex, multi-region enterprise IT programs;
- Experience with Vulnerability Management Lifecycles or Cloud Security architectures;
- Expert application of scaled Agile frameworks within heavily regulated environments;
- Capable of independently managing teams across multiple products/projects;
- Coaches organizational leaders in Agile methodologies and provides expert advice on project management practices without oversight;
- Upper-intermediate English level.
NICE TO HAVES
- Direct engineering background or deep technical understanding of DevSecOps pipelines and Cloud Security architectures.
PERKS AND BENEFITS
- Professional growth: Mentorship, TechTalks, and personalized growth roadmaps.
- Competitive compensation: USD-based pay with education, fitness, and team activity budgets.
- Exciting projects: Modern solutions with Fortune 500 and top product companies.
- Flextime: Flexible schedule with remote and office options.
