Job Description
We are seeking a highly technical Technical Program Manager (TPM) to lead enterprise Cloud Security and Vulnerability Management initiatives for a major financial services client.

This is NOT a traditional Program Manager role. We are looking for candidates with a strong Software Development background (mandatory) who have transitioned into Technical Program Management, Security Program Management, or DevSecOps leadership roles.

Technical expertise is the primary focus (70%), while Program Management accounts for 30% of the role.

  • Drive adoption of developer security tools and cloud security controls.
  • Track risks, dependencies, milestones, and executive reporting.
  • Ensure security best practices are integrated into the software development lifecycle.
  • Drive DevSecOps and Secure SDLC initiatives across engineering organizations.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve enterprise security posture.
