We’re looking for a Product Manager, Enterprise Applications, to join our expanding Technology team. In this role, you’ll own the strategy, roadmap, and evolution of key enterprise platforms, including ServiceNow, Construction Engineering Products, and other internal applications. You’ll partner closely with business and technology leaders to prioritize enhancements, guide delivery, and ensure these platforms are intuitive, scalable, and aligned with business priorities.

This role also provides leadership to a small team and works cross-functionally with Technology, HR, Finance, Operations, and external vendors to drive meaningful improvements that enhance efficiency and the associate experience.

A DAY IN THE LIFE
  • Own the product vision, roadmap, and lifecycle for enterprise platforms, including ServiceNow, Construction Engineering Products, and other internal applications.
  • Define product goals, success metrics, and KPIs aligned to business priorities.
  • Partner with business stakeholders and executive sponsors to gather, prioritize, and balance near-term needs with long-term platform strategy.
  • Maintain and prioritize a product backlog; partner with Technology teams and vendors to deliver enhancements on time and within scope.
  • Establish governance, intake processes, and standards to ensure scalability, security, and consistency across platforms.
  • Monitor platform performance, usability, and adoption, driving continuous improvement and user-centric design.
  • Support change management efforts, including communication, training, upgrades, and adoption strategies.
  • Lead and manage a small team by setting direction, priorities, and development goals, with a hands-on leadership style that includes active participation in day-to-day work to support delivery of the product roadmap.

NECESSARY QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in product management, platform ownership, or enterprise systems management.
  • Experience owning or supporting enterprise platforms that are not directly related to specific silos, such as ServiceNow, Adobe, Bluebeam, and others.
  • Strong ability to translate business needs into product requirements and prioritized roadmaps.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Familiarity with Agile or hybrid delivery methodologies.
  • Experience working with third-party vendors and system integrators.
  • Product Management certification (CSPO, SAFe POPM, Pragmatic, etc.) a plus.
