About the Team:
Product Management at XTIUM is the key leadership team that provides business direction, product vision, and full end-to-end Product Life Cycle management for all lines of business at the company. Product Owners lead the Cross-Functional Product Teams that are charged with execution and delivery of our revenue-bearing services. Product Managers work closely with management throughout the company, in particular those in Sales, Engineering/Development, Operations, and Outbound Marketing.
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Manager to lead the development and lifecycle management of our Managed Security Services portfolio. This role is responsible for defining product strategy, driving execution, and ensuring alignment with market needs and customer requirements in a rapidly evolving cybersecurity landscape. Responsibilities may also include other products and services we offer. The Security Product Manager will also play a lead role in defining our approach to Security Products in an AI-driven future, with both threat vectors and new product solutions based on AI foundations.
Job Responsibilities:
  • Define and execute product strategy and roadmap for managed security services (e.g., SOC, MDR, SIEM, vulnerability management, threat intelligence), especially as it relates to emerging threat vectors driven by modern GenAI models and agents, as well as Quantum Computing.
  • Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer discovery to identify opportunities and inform product direction.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, security operations, sales, marketing, and customer success teams.
  • Translate customer and business requirements into clear product specifications and user stories.
  • Manage the full product lifecycle from concept through launch and ongoing optimization.
  • Drive go-to-market strategies, including pricing, positioning, and messaging.
  • Monitor product performance, customer feedback, and key KPIs to continuously improve offerings.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant security standards and regulatory requirements.

Job Qualifications:
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Product Manager in an IT security product company or managed services provider.
  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity concepts, frameworks, and technologies
  • Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
  • Proven ability to manage complex technical products and services.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.
  • Knowledge and experience with AI-based productivity tools.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a remote environment, and with a global workforce.

Preferred Qualifications
  • MBA is desirable.
  • Experience with managed security services such as SOC, MDR, SIEM, or cloud security.
  • Prior experience in Development/Engineering and/or Solutions Engineering
  • Understanding of emerging threats and vulnerabilities such as GenAI and Quantum Computing

The salary range for this position is $110,000 - $135,000/annually. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, and location. We offer a competitive benefits package with Med/Dental/FSA/401(k)/Flexible Paid Time Off.
