Product Manager Cybersecurity (DLP / CASB / Data Security)
Remote work (Preferably West Coast California)
We are looking for a Product Manager to join a fast-growing cybersecurity platform team focused on data privacy and security products. This role requires someone who has hands-on product experience specifically within cybersecurity companies and not just projects. You will own the product lifecycle end-to-end from defining vision to execution and delivery.
Key Responsibilities
  • Own product lifecycle: vision, roadmap, execution, and delivery
  • Define and prioritize product requirements based on business goals and customer needs
  • Work closely with engineering teams to translate requirements into deliverables
  • Lead sprint planning and align development priorities
  • Collaborate with UI/UX teams to design wireframes and user experience
  • Conduct customer calls and translate insights into product improvements
  • Analyze market trends, competitor capabilities, and customer feedback
  • Prioritize bugs based on severity and business impact
  • Enable internal teams (support, sales) with product knowledge and updates
Required Experience
  • 3+ years of Product Management experience in a Cybersecurity company (MANDATORY)
  • Experience building products such as DLP, CASB, Data Security platforms
  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity product ecosystems
  • Proven ability to translate customer needs into product features
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
