JOB SUMMARY: Operations Manager will oversee and assist in managing all aspects of HPG operations, client relations, policy administration, and quality assurance program for all accounts in the Atlanta Market. This position will work closely with company executives, Human Resources, and Training & Development to ensure HPG's goals, initiatives and culture is delivered in a professional manner. ORGANIZATIONAL EXPECTATIONS: Demonstrates professionalism and accountability Demonstrates a safety attitude consistent with Hawque Protection Group toward clients, employees and others Demonstrates excellent communication skills Ensures confidentiality and security of HPG and client information Identifies and utilizes appropriate channels of communication Able to speak, read and write English Able to think and act calmly to meet unusual occurrences of the job Adheres to the organization's Mission, Vision and Values Participates in departmental activities, meetings and in-services and follows established guidelines Maintains a safe working environment ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: Primary responsibility to oversee all of the security operations for all locations.

Handle management, administration, payroll and billing systems. Work with Supervisors and Leads for accurate and precise payroll/billing maintenance. Conduct interviewing and hiring to standards as per our Industry needs and growth opportunities.

Manage open positions, conduct cross-training, and have overtime control through effective scheduling. Develop Succession Planning and assist with mentoring managers and supervisors. Provide emergency response and operational support, as required.

Coordinate and manage inventory and ordering of all company uniform in addition to other equipment and supplies to include cell phones. Control systems in purchasing and monitoring utilization of all fleet/golf carts utilized at the accounts, conduct inspections and maintain appropriate inventories and maintenance checklists; providing receipts to controller for all charges and adhere to purchasing policy. Process various reports to monitor operational progress, spot any potential problems or trends to assist the management team with improving operations and/or customer partnerships.

Conduct face to face meetings with clients to ensure we are being successful in meeting their needs. Protection Officer-Lead Page 2 of 3 Support/ assist Human Resources in all aspects of the interview, training, outfitting, and the onboarding process. Assist with field operations as needed with regards to client relations, special assignments.

Responsible for delivering HPG's Quality Assurance Program; conduct inspections and audits Coordinate and support with onsite New Client Startups, as needed. Work with Human Resources as needed on all employee relations situations and concerns. Assist with training of New Officer, Supervisors, and Managers with regards to district operations.

Coordinate and oversee the 30-60-day review schedule and ensure timely completion. Oversee and tour onsite operation for compliance Perform all other functions and duties as required or assigned by Nation Security and/or the client. Others duties as assigned.

Organizational Abilities: Commitment to the HPG's core values. Ability to analyze, organize and prioritize work under pressure while meeting deadlines. Ability to process and handle confidential information with discretion.

Ability to work evenings, nights, and weekends as necessary. Ability to work independently and/or in a collaborative environment. Proficiency in computer and/or mobile software (i.e

Microsoft Office, Slack, etc.). Ability to operate a motor vehicle Requirements JOB REQUIREMENTS: Education: High School Diploma, or equivalent required Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience. Managerial or supervisory experience required
