Job description

Job Summary:
We are currently seeking a skilled Security Officer to assist residents, enforce safety regulations, and maintain a secure environment at One N. Breakers Row. The ideal candidate will have a customer-oriented approach and the ability to stay composed while making sound decisions under stressful conditions.
Responsibilities:
  • Patrol the premises to ensure the safety and security of residents and visitors
  • Monitor and control access to the property through the use of 2-way radios, gate control, and other tools as necessary
  • Enforce traffic and safety regulations to prevent accidents and maintain order on the property
  • Respond quickly and appropriately to emergency situations and alarms
  • Receive and process packages in accordance with established procedures
  • Provide access to apartments and record actions in a timely and accurate manner

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to stay calm and composed in stressful situations
  • Prior experience in security or law enforcement preferred
  • Must be able to stand, walk, or sit for extended periods of time
