What are some common challenges Security Officers face during their shifts, and how can they effectively address them?

Security Officers often encounter challenges such as handling unauthorized access attempts, managing conflicts or disturbances, and responding to emergencies. To address these situations effectively, it's important to remain calm under pressure, follow established protocols, and communicate clearly with both the public and colleagues. Building good relationships with team members and local law enforcement can further enhance their ability to respond efficiently.
