Join our client experience team as a Lobby Ambassador, where you'll be the face of hospitality excellence and deliver amazing experiences for clients, employees, and guests through warm, professional, and friendly service at every touchpoint. This position is essential to JLL's commitment to creating hospitality-focused workplace environments by ensuring seamless, consistent service from pre-arrival to departure. You'll combine your passion for service, brilliant people skills, and enthusiasm for hospitality to enthusiastically welcome guests, anticipate their needs, and assist with arrivals, departures, and office orientations. As a visible and well-known presence in the workplace, you'll serve as a central point of contact providing information, wayfinding, and proactive solutions while building connections throughout the hospitality industry and collaborating across internal teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences. What your day-to-day will look like:

  • Enthusiastically welcome guests, anticipate their needs, and assist with arrivals, departures, and office orientations while engaging visitors, employees, and callers in a way that makes them feel warmly welcomed and assists them in a helpful and timely manner.

  • Maintain visible engagement throughout the workplace, schedule strategic site walks during periods of reduced reception desk coverage to minimize disruption to front lobby operations, and assist customers and guests with their needs while demonstrating confidence, professionalism, and exceptional customer service skills.

  • Effectively pair services to guests' needs, serve as a resident expert with contacts in local cuisine, hotels, special attractions, and upcoming events, and build connections and networks throughout the hospitality industry.

  • Connect with clients, customers, and support teams to proactively anticipate needs, identify issues, and deliver creative solutions while maintaining familiarity with all services within the facility and working with internal facilities management teams to facilitate a hospitality approach across services.

  • Work across teams to proactively communicate and prepare for all arrivals, anticipate and address concerns, ensure operations without incident, and collaborate with catering services to ensure conference rooms are properly prepared with necessary amenities.

  • Act as a central point of contact providing information and wayfinding for the campus, services, and activities, manage building access and security protocols by determining authorized entry, and liaise with building services for site maintenance coordination and check-ins.

  • Implement and monitor standards of service to meet and exceed expectations, assist with support for meetings, reception, personal support, mail room where applicable, and support other duties and projects as business needs require.

Required Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent with ability to travel 20-25% between three Massachusetts locations and work first shift schedule (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM).

  • Strong customer service orientation with hospitality background and excellent organizational and time management skills.

  • Physical ability to perform frequent walking between sites and stand for extended periods while maintaining professional presence and service excellence.

  • Excellent communication skills with ability to communicate professionally through spoken and written word, with fluency in English required.

  • Detail-oriented with ability to multi-task and prioritize while ensuring consistent and elevated guest experiences and accuracy in all service touchpoints.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2-3 years of previous customer service or hospitality-related experience demonstrating passion for creating experiences that go beyond the expected with people-person orientation.

  • Flexibility and positive attitude in managing shifting daily priorities with proactive self-starter mindset and creative problem-solving abilities.

  • Working knowledge of a range of information technology tools and platforms, including Microsoft Office suite (Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook).

  • Experience with ticket generation systems and ability to leverage technology platforms to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency.

  • Proven ability to build connections, network effectively, anticipate guest needs, and deliver hospitality-focused service that creates memorable workplace experiences.

Location:Onsite - Maynard MA

Work Shift:First Shift (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM)

Note:Successful candidates will begin in a temporary capacity (90 days) with the potential to transition to a permanent position.

Estimated compensation for this position:

45,760.00 - 50,505.00 USD per year

This range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
