Job description

License D Security Guard – Manufacturing Warehouse Facility

We are currently seeking a Licensed "D" Security Guard to join our team at a manufacturing warehouse facility. This is a full-time opportunity, Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM.

This position is primarily an outdoor rover role, requiring someone who is dependable, observant, and comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Patrol and monitor the facility grounds as a rover.
  • Direct traffic during shift changes to maintain a safe and organized flow.
  • Monitor and manage employee parking areas.
  • Verify that all vehicles display the required parking decal visibly on the windshield.
  • Ensure vehicles are parked properly and issue parking violations when necessary.
  • Work outdoors in heat, rain, and changing weather conditions.
  • Prepare and submit a written report to onsite management at the end of each shift.

Requirements:

  • Active Florida Security License D required.
  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience as a Security Officer.
  • Must be fully bilingual (English and Spanish).
  • Strong communication and observation skills.
  • Reliable and able to work independently.
  • Must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screening.
