As a Security Dispatcher, and facility safety - you're spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.
Responsibilities
Here's what you'll do during a typical day:
  • Monitor life safety systems: Oversee security and emergency monitoring systems to ensure quick response to any potential safety threats or emergencies
  • Coordinate security response: Answer calls, respond to guest inquiries, and dispatch Security Officers as needed
  • Track security activity: Maintain accurate records of guest inquiries, incidents, and security report
  • Manage key distribution: Oversee the issuing and tracking of guest room and facility keys
