Job Summary: SEACORP is currently seeking a Security Clerk. The Security Clerk will provide administrative support to the Facility Security Department by performing basic clerical functions as well as administering more complex, yet routine activities, and providing assistance for non-routine processes/events as necessary. Perform building security activity, including following established guidelines to ensure access to SEACORP facilities is managed effectively. Enter employee clearance-related data into government database(s).

Job Responsibilities:

  • Answer and transfer telephone calls or take messages.
  • Sort and deliver incoming mail and send outgoing mail.
  • Schedule appointments and receive customers or visitors.
  • Type, format, or edit routine memos or other reports Copy, file, and update paper and electronic documents.
  • Collect information and perform data entry Proofread documents, records, or other files to ensure accuracy.
  • Prepare documentation for contracts, transactions, or regulatory compliance.
  • Check data for recording errors.
  • Compile data or documentation.
  • Search files, databases or reference materials to obtain needed information.
  • Operate office equipment. Make travel, accommodations, or entertainment arrangements for others.
