Gate Attendant Security Officer

 $18.00 Per Hour!Hours:Must be able to cover 1st and 2nd shifts as needed. Time and a half is paid if you are called in on short notice on days that are unscheduled.If you like customer interaction with an indoor/outdoor environment- this is the job for you! 

No previous experience is required.  

Our ideal candidate would possess excellent customer service skills, be able to check orders and count purchased product, monitor incoming and outgoing traffic appropriately and in a timely manner, have good communication skills with a hand-held radio and basic computer skills and general knowledge with a tablet. Must be able to quickly attend to customers and be able to walk short distances for extended periods of time during peak customer hours. Sitting is permitted in between helping customers. This position is customer facing - must be comfortable with handling various situations with support from Managers.This position is considered Theft Prevention. We are looking to protect our client’s merchandise by making sure customers are not leaving with more than what they have purchased.

Qualifications:

  • 18 years of age or older
  • Ability to handle walking in short distances for 2-4 hours at a time

  • Must be willing to participate in the Company's pre-employment screening process, including drug screen and background investigation. 
  • Must be able to obtain a DSPS Private Security Person license. **Must not have any felonies per Wisconsin DSPS Private Security License requirements.
  • Must be punctual and on time for every shift.
  • Must have reliable transportation.
