Part Time Flex Security Officers

$18.00 Per Hour! Must have own reliable vehicle. We are seeking individuals who can commit to 1st, 2nd, AND 3rd shift and be flexible within the week/weekends to cover available shifts. As an on call flex officer, you train in multiple locations and cover when needed. Schedule changes are frequent, so as a flex you MUST be able to have open availability, and be able to answer to the Operations Manager when called for a job or schedule change. If you are looking for a job that provides variety and have a positive professional attitude, this is the job for you! Federally recognized holidays are paid time and a half!If you are called in on your day off on the day of - we pay time and a half for short notice.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Current Driver's License and a good driving record
  • MUST have reliable transportation as you will be traveling to multiple sites.
  • Mileage and time travel pay!
  • Must be able to obtain WI State Security Officer License
  • Pass background check
  • Must pass on-site drug test at time of hire
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Must be able to be professional in all settings, have open communication with Operations Manager and be able to learn quickly.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Monitor premises to prevent theft, or infractions of rules

  • Thoroughly examine doors, windows, and gates to ensure proper function and security
  • Warn violators of premise rules and regulations
  • Address persons engaging in suspicious or criminal acts
  • Report any facility issues
  • Request emergency personnel for high risk situations if applicable

Qualifications:

  • 18 years of age or older
  • Familiarity with security equipment
  • Ability to handle physical workload
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Must be responsible and dependable.
  • Must be willing to participate in the Company's pre-employment screening process, including drug screen and background investigation.
  • Must be able to obtain a DSPS Private Security Person license.
  • **Must not have any felonies per Wisconsin DSPS Private Security License requirements.
