Job description

Claims Processor for durable medical equipment and pharmaceutical claims submitted from contracted and out of network providers. Responsible for processing claims in a timely manner, verifying insurance coverage for date of service/diagnosis and reviewing all paperwork for proper documentation and payment of claims. Comply with all company information security policies and responsibilities as detailed during onboarding and annual security awareness training.

Northwood plays an integral role in health plan benefit administration for durable medical equipment, prosthetics, orthotics and medical supplies.

Northwood also serves auto and workers compensation clients and their PIP claimants.
