It will play a key role in turning ideas into execution, scaling what works, and delivering measurable business results across the Americas.

What you’ll do:

1. Own End-to-End Execution

  • Lead initiatives from idea → business case → pilot → scale → value realization
  • Take full accountability for delivery timelines, budgets, and outcomes
  • Proactively remove roadblocks and ensure consistent progress

2. Drive Impact on the Ground

  • Partner closely with plant and operational teams to implement solutions in real-world environments
  • Ensure solutions are practical, scalable, and fully adopted—not just deployed
  • Spend time on-site to understand challenges and drive measurable improvements in efficiency, quality, and cost

3. Translate Strategy into Action

  • Break down strategy into clear, executable initiatives and milestones
  • Define use cases, KPIs, and success criteria
  • Prioritize based on business value and feasibility

4. Scale What Works

  • Identify successful pilots and replicate across plants and functions
  • Develop repeatable playbooks and standardized solutions
  • Balance standardization with local flexibility

5. Lead Cross-Functional Delivery

  • Act as the single-threaded owner for key initiatives
  • Drive alignment, decision-making, and execution momentum

6. Data, AI & Automation – Practical Application

  • Drive practical use of data, analytics, and automation
  • Focus on high-impact, real-world use cases
  • Ensure tools are embedded into daily workflows and decision-making

7. Build Capability & Accountability

  • Develop a network of business and plant champions
  • Coach teams on digital tools and data-driven problem solving
  • Foster a culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement
What is required:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field required
  • 10+ years of experience in digital transformation, operations, or technology delivery roles
  • Proven track record of leading and delivering large-scale transformation initiatives. End-to-End Transformation delivery, not just strategy or PMO oversight but direct ownership
  • Strong experience in manufacturing or industrial environments (plant exposure preferred)
  • Demonstrated ability to scale solutions from pilot to enterprise deployment
  • Experience in PLM / ERP Applications
What’s in it for you:
  • Attractive compensation package
  • Recognition awards, company events, family events, university discount options and many more perks.
  • Gender Pay Equality
