The Role

Weโ€™re on the hunt for a Securities Litigation Associate with 4+ years of experience to join our fast-paced and highly respected litigation group. Youโ€™ll dive into headline-grabbing class actions, derivative suits, M&A litigation, and white-collar matters that span SEC investigations, DOJ enforcement, and internal investigations into accounting, whistleblower, or anti-bribery concerns.

This is a career-defining opportunity to:

  • Represent leading public and private companies (including Fortune 100s)

  • Defend boards, officers, and execs in high-exposure civil litigation

  • Handle cutting-edge regulatory and white-collar matters

  • Work closely with seasoned partners and directly with clients

What You Bring
  • At least 4 years of relevant experience in securities litigation and/or regulatory defense

  • Strong writing, advocacy, and analytical skills (aka, you own the brief and kill it in the room)

  • A law degree from a top school and a record of academic excellence

  • Bar membership in the state where you plan to practice, or eligibility to sit/waive in

  • A collaborative mindset and readiness to dig into meaningful, complex work
