Direct Counsel is seeking a Corporate Associate Attorney to join a top-ranked law firmโ€™s Corporate Practice Group in any U.S. office. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on high-profile securities and capital markets transactions with a nationally recognized team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Advise public companies on SEC compliance, corporate governance, and public reporting obligations.
