Ascension Global Staffing & Executive Search is seeking to expand our client's Corporate, Securities, and M&A Practice Group with the addition of a highly qualified and motivated attorney with at least eight years of experience in private securities offerings, fund work, and joint ventures, including in connection with so-called “506(b)” offerings.
We seek a candidate with strong academic credentials and prior work experience who has served as lead counsel on private placement offerings, private funds, and sophisticated joint ventures. Applicants must demonstrate sound judgment, as well as strong organizational and time management skills.
This role is available in Miami.
