Job description

Join a fast-moving team supporting critical securities lending operations, including trade settlement, reconciliation, and daily execution of key activities. This role offers the opportunity to drive process improvements, enhance operational performance, and contribute directly to business success in a dynamic, collaborative environment.
Responsibilities:
  • Develops, implements and evaluates processes ensuring business goals and cost requirements are met.
  • Monitors, assesses and ensures high levels of productivity and delivery to achieve planned ROI.
  • Works with software and internet applications including performance issues, maintenance, system resources, and service and support internet sites.

Qualifications:
  • 1+ years experience with trade settlement and reconciliation in the securities lending space preferred.
  • Knowledge of Loanet / Global One / DTC / BPS / preferred
  • Knowledge with the recall and buy-in process, preferred
  • Ability to provide support in the daily execution of key tasks when needed
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience and proficiency using Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, team-oriented environment

Compensation Range: The salary range for this position is between $28/hr - $34/hr. Broadridge considers various factors when evaluating a candidate's final salary including, but not limited to, relevant experience, skills, and education.
