Job Description:
Seeking a Senior Solution Architecture Lead to drive enterprise architecture initiatives involving Artificial Intelligence (AI), Generative AI, Data Warehousing, Cloud Platforms, and Advanced Analytics.
 
The consultant will serve as the principal technical architect responsible for designing, validating, and implementing scalable, secure, and high-performance enterprise technology solutions. This individual will work closely with executive leadership, business stakeholders, architects, developers, data engineers, and infrastructure teams to modernize client''''s technology platforms and integrate AI capabilities into enterprise systems.
 
The Senior Solution Architecture Lead (Contractor) will serve as the principal system architect and subject matter expert responsible for designing, validating, and implementing robust, scalable, and secure technology solutions, but excluding solutions that involve investment and/or using investment-tech. This role will lead multiple concurrent technical initiatives, oversee end-to-end solution architecture, and ensure all technology implementations align with the enterprise architecture standards, security policies, and business objectives. The candidate shall have advanced expertise in AI technologies, cloud platforms, data engineering, machine learning, and integration best practices, and will act as a trusted technical advisor to technical teams, business partners, and executive leadership. The Contractor will report directly to the Enterprise IT Solutions and Innovation Director.
Key Responsibilities
Enterprise Architecture Leadership
  • Lead architecture design and implementation of enterprise-scale solutions.
  • Establish architectural standards, patterns, and best practices.
  • Review and approve solution designs, system diagrams, and technical artifacts.
  • Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture standards and business objectives.
AI & Generative AI
  • Design and implement AI and Machine Learning solutions.
  • Evaluate and integrate Large Language Models (LLMs).
  • Architect Generative AI solutions for business intelligence and data warehouse platforms.
  • Develop AI governance and secure AI implementation strategies.
  • Design prompt engineering and AI integration frameworks.
Data & Analytics
  • Lead enterprise data warehouse architecture initiatives.
  • Design data models and enterprise analytics solutions.
  • Define ETL and data pipeline architecture.
  • Support enterprise data governance and data quality initiatives.
  • Enable advanced analytics and reporting capabilities.
Cloud Architecture
  • Design cloud-native solutions using AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
  • Develop deployment and migration strategies.
  • Implement Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) practices using Terraform or equivalent tools.
  • Ensure scalability, resiliency, and operational excellence.
Integration Architecture
  • Design secure integration architectures.
  • Develop API strategies and microservices architectures.
  • Implement event-driven architectures and enterprise integration patterns.
  • Oversee complex system-to-system integrations.
Technical Leadership
