We are currently seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our team at our Park Towers Apartments in Springfield, IL. You will be responsible for completing work orders and other required tasks.
Hours for this position are 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, Monday - Friday. Some overtime may be required on occasion.

We also manage Low-Income Tax Credit ventures. Our experience extending over 30 years affords us to successfully manage market-rate properties, too.
Our commercial division manages 1 million square feet of office space in Illinois. Our related company, Business Cleaning Corporation, provides janitorial service to many of the commercial buildings we manage.
