Job description

SUMMARY
The Assembler supports manufacturing operations by assembling products and components according to established work instructions while maintaining quality, safety, and production standards. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and take pride in producing high-quality finished products.

2nd Shift: 2:30pm-11pm

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assemble products and components using hand tools and basic production equipment.
  • Follow work instructions, production procedures, and assembly drawings accurately.
  • Inspect completed assemblies to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Package finished products for shipment when required.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Report quality concerns, equipment issues, or production problems to the supervisor.
  • Meet daily production goals while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Previous manufacturing or assembly experience preferred.
  • Comfortable using basic hand tools.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
  • Able to lift up to 30 pounds as needed.
  • Dependable, reliable, and able to work effectively as part of a team.
