Second Pressmen frequently encounter challenges such as maintaining print quality, minimizing machine downtime, and ensuring proper ink and paper alignment. Addressing these issues often involves quick troubleshooting, close communication with the lead press operator, and proactive machine maintenance. A keen eye for detail and the ability to work efficiently under tight production schedules are crucial. Collaboration with the press team helps resolve problems quickly and maintain consistent output standards.

What is the job of a pressman?
