About the Role

Morin's is hiring an Exterior Remodeling Installer / Carpenter to join our field team in Rice Lake, WI.

In this role, you will install seamless gutters, siding, trim, flashing, windows, and doors on residential remodeling projects. This is a hands-on position for someone with exterior carpentry, siding, window, gutter, or remodeling experience.

The right person enjoys working outdoors, pays close attention to detail, and takes pride in a clean, professional finished product. You'll work with other skilled field team members to complete jobs safely, efficiently, and to Morin's quality standards.

Responsibilities
  • Install seamless gutters, downspouts, steel siding, vinyl siding, trim, and exterior flashing.
  • Set windows and doors so they are plumb, level, square, and properly sealed.
  • Measure, cut, fit, and install materials accurately for a clean finished appearance.
  • Keep job sites safe, organized, and efficient.
  • Work from ladders, near roof edges, and in attic areas when required.
  • Track time, materials, and project notes using JobNimbus and QuickBooks Workforce.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 2 years of residential exterior carpentry, remodeling, siding, window, gutter, or related installation experience.
  • Strong skills in measuring, layout, cutting, and exterior installation.
  • Careful attention to detail and pride in quality work.
  • Dependable, professional, and able to work well with a team.
  • Willingness to use digital tools such as JobNimbus and QuickBooks Workforce.
  • Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record.
  • Ability to carry ladders, work safely at heights, and access attic spaces as needed.
