Location: Remote / Flexible Compensation: High commission, no cap (40% 70% depending on client ownership) About the Opportunity We are a growing staffing firm focused on utilities, telecom, engineering, and technical roles. We are looking for an experienced Business Development Recruiter who can run a full desk developing clients, recruiting candidates, and closing placements. This role is ideal for someone who wants autonomy, high earning potential, and clear ownership without the overhead of running their own agency.
