Job description

The Bonadio Group is currently seeking experienced Seasonal Tax Preparers to support our Small Business Advisory Service Line in our Rochester office between January 2027 and April 2027.
Responsibilities
  • Prepare concise individual income tax returns
  • Work on issues of diverse scope where analysis of situation or data requires evaluation of a variety of factors, including an understanding of current tax trends
  • Adhere to the highest degree of professional standards and strict client confidentiality
  • Handle and manage multiple priorities, and deliver projects and engagements on time, within budget and to the client's satisfaction
  • Deliver quality client service (internal staff/external clients) and value while establishing and maintaining strong client relationships

Qualifications
Required:
  • At least three years experience in client tax preparation
  • Proficiency in ProSystem FX tax software

The salary for this role is $25.00 - $35.00 per hour.
Hours of Operation:
  • Our office hours are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
  • Our summer hours are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Thursday, and 8:00 a.m. to noon on Friday
  • We pride ourselves on our flexibility; however the ability to work additional hours will be needed at peak times
