Our main objective is to provide complete financial counsel for businesses and individuals, anticipating and fulfilling their accounting, payroll, tax, and advisory needs.

Position Overview:
Join our team as a seasonal tax preparer from January to May. As an experienced professional, you’ll handle client tax returns and play a vital role in supporting our existing staff. Responsibilities:
Unlock exciting opportunities as a seasonal tax preparer at our CPA firm! Your multifaceted role includes preparing and reviewing individual and business tax returns (with a focus on Form 1040), scanning, collaborating with clients to optimize their positions, providing clear guidance, and managing project communications.  

Qualifications:
  • Experience (MUST HAVE):
    • Minimum of 1 years in tax preparation.
  • Technical Skills (MUST HAVE):
    • Experience with UltraTax CS
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (especially Excel).
  • Interpersonal Skills (MUST HAVE):
    • Excellent verbal and written communication.
    • Outgoing personality with a positive attitude.
  • Education and Certifications:
    • CPA (preferred).
    • Enrolled Agent (preferred).

Work Arrangement:
  • Job Type: Part-time, seasonal (January to May).
  • Hours: 24–32 hours per week.
  • Location: In-person at our Lakewood Ranch office.

Compensation:
  • Hourly pay: $20.00–$30.00 plus performance-based bonus.
