Are you an experienced Registered Nurse with PICU experience looking for a short term, seasonal opportunity?

Logan Health Children's, located in scenic Kalispell, MT, is looking for a Seasonal Registered Nurse (RN) to join its team on night shift!

Seasonal Position Details:

  • Full-Time work schedule required for no less than 13-week period

  • 15% Premium (Seasonal Premium)

  • Additional night and weekend shift differential pay

  • 401(k) Eligible

  • Fitness center membership discount

  • $1,000 Seasonal Bonus paid after 30 days in position

  • $1,000 Seasonal Bonus paid after 60 days in position

  • $2,000 Seasonal Completion Bonus

  • No Health Benefits offered

Seasonal Minimum Qualification:

  • Seasonal RN must have 2 years applicable nursing experience to the unit assigned

What You'll Need:

  • Current Montana RN license or compact license required

  • Minimum 2 years of PICU or similar pediatric critical care experience preferred

  • RQI Provider (BLS)requiredwithin 7 days of hire/transfer or before independent patient care, whichever occurs first.

  • PALS must be obtained within 6 months of hire/transfer.

  • APHON must be obtained within 1 year of hire/transfer.

  • Strong critical thinking, adaptability, and teamwork skills

  • Desire to provide care across the pediatric spectrum in a supportive, team-based setting


What You'll Do:

  • Deliver high-acuity, family-centered care in our dedicated PICU

  • Provide additional support to the broader Pediatric team as needed

  • Partner with providers and care teams to ensure safe, effective treatment

  • Use critical thinking, clinical judgment, and clear communication to advocate for young patients

  • Contribute to a culture of learning, collaboration, and excellence

Shift:

Night Shift - 12 Hours (United States of America)

Schedule: Full-time hours/schedule, 36 hours per week, 12-hour night shifts

Logan Health operates 24 hours per day, seven days per week. Schedules are set to accommodate the requirements of the position and the needs of the organization and may be adjusted as needed.
