As a Seasonal RN with an ADN, you will often be assigned to high-demand units such as medical-surgical, emergency, or labor and delivery, depending on the facility’s immediate needs. A Seasonal RN ADN is a Registered Nurse (RN) who holds an Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) and works on a temporary or seasonal basis, typically to help healthcare facilities manage increased patient loads during busy periods such as flu season or holidays.
