Your MissionYou are the Production Specialist, a vital creator responsible for bringing team and club apparel to life and getting our players onto the field. You will master the art of customization, operating our heat transfer press machines to flawlessly apply pre-printed graphics, numbers, and letters to garments. Working as a cohesive part of our production team, you will ensure a safe, organized, and hyper-efficient environment where quality is the top priority and every finished product inspires confidence on the field.
What You'll Do
Become a Heat Press Master: Skillfully apply high-quality designs to diverse apparel using state-of-the-art heat transfer press machines.
Precision and Quality Control: Execute every order with meticulous accuracy, ensuring all embellishments perfectly match the specifications of the production document.
Prep and Prime: Prepare vinyl transfers and accurately measure, mark, and position garments for a flawless application every time.
Drive Production Excellence: Meet and exceed daily production goals set by the Production Manager, contributing to the timely fulfillment of all orders.
Maintain the Huddle: Keep your workspace spotless, organized, and clutter-free, promoting an efficient and safe workflow.
Team Player: Alert the Production Manager to any machinery issues or material shortages to ensure continuous operation.
Cross-Train for the Win: Learn all aspects of warehouse operations, potentially assisting with packing orders and receiving deliveries to support overall team success.

What You Bring to the Team
Hands-on experience utilizing a Heat Press machine preferred or we can train you
Eagle Eye for Detail: Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills are non-negotiable for maintaining accuracy across all orders.
Self-Driven Team Player: Proven ability to manage tasks independently with minimal supervision while also collaborating effectively with team members.
Clear Communicator: Excellent communication skills to coordinate with managers and teammates.
Bonus Points: Prior experience with fulfilling customization and decoration orders is strongly preferred.
Get Ready to Work
Physically Ready: Ability to lift, pull, and push up to 25 lbs.
Dexterity: Frequent use of hands, wrists, and arms to operate production machinery.
Stamina: Capable of standing for long periods, including occasional bending, squatting, and kneeling, and safely climbing ladders.
**PLEASE NOTE: This is a SEASONAL role running approximately from March through mid-September. **
