What is a seasonal production job?

Seasonal production jobs are temporary positions in manufacturing or processing facilities that are available during peak periods of demand, such as holidays or harvest seasons. These roles typically involve tasks like assembling products, packaging goods, or operating machinery. Seasonal production workers help companies meet increased production needs and are usually hired for a few weeks or months. The work can be physically demanding and may require working overtime or on weekends.
