Job description

Schedule Requirements: This is a SEASONAL position, and candidates will need to be available to work a flexible schedule during the week, including weekends and holidays. Preferred candidates will be able to work Spring Break and summer break.
Position Time Frame: Hire Date - September 26, 2026
Role
Do you love the outdoors? Are you ready to be part of an energetic team creating fun and excitement every day? As a Recreation Attendant, you'll be the life of the pool and recreation areas, making sure guests have everything they need to relax, play, and make lasting memories at our stunning resort!
What You'll Be Doing:
  • Poolside Paradise: Help set up and maintain the pool area by folding and replenishing towels, setting up lounge chairs and cabanas, and keeping everything clean and organized so guests can enjoy their time in the sun.
  • Guest Support: Assist guests with any requests, big or small, from answering questions to making sure they have everything they need for a perfect day by the water.
  • Hydration Station: Keep water stations filled and accessible for guests to stay refreshed while they have fun.
  • Leading the Fun: Take charge of activities like family games, teaching guests to ride the waves on our FlowRider wave simulator and overseeing our camp program to ensure everyone has an amazing experience.
  • Maintaining the Atmosphere: Keep the pool areas spotless and inviting, picking up around the space and ensuring the environment remains clean and comfortable for everyone.
