Art-A-Fair Festival in Laguna Beach is seeking experienced, reliable bartenders to join our team for the summer season.
We are looking for team members who can commit to the same weekly schedule throughout the festival, with shifts available:
  • Thursday evenings
  • Friday evenings
  • Saturday mornings and/or afternoons
  • Sunday mornings and/or afternoons
Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and serve beer, wine, and specialty cocktails
  • Provide friendly and professional guest service
  • Maintain a clean and organized bar area
  • Process transactions accurately through POS system
  • Follow all ABC and responsible alcohol service guidelines
  • Assist with opening, closing, and stocking duties
Qualifications:

  • Previous bartending experience required
  • Current California Responsible Beverage Service (RBS) certification preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced outdoor festival environment
  • Positive attitude and strong communication skills
  • Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
