The Role

Rhode Island Fast Ferry is seeking Ticket Agents / Customer Service Representatives for our summer season (May - October). These are full-time, seasonal positions based at our North Kingstown terminal.

This is a great opportunity for high school and college students, or anyone looking for a fast-paced, customer-focused role. As a front-line team member, you'll be the first point of contact for passengershandling ticketing, answering questions, and helping ensure a smooth travel experience.

What You'll Do
  • Assist customers with ticket purchases, reservations, and check-in
  • Answer phones and provide accurate information about schedules, fares, and services
  • Help customers plan trips and resolve issues professionally
  • Process transactions and handle cash/credit payments
  • Support daily office operations and administrative tasks
  • Maintain a friendly, organized, and efficient front desk environment
