Responsibilities
• Contact potential leads who are pre-qualified, without cold calling, to schedule appointments
• Establish connections with new clients to build lasting relationships
• Develop expertise in our products to effectively address customer needs
• Highlight product features that directly solve customer problems
• Address customer inquiries promptly and efficiently
• Collaborate with colleagues across various sectors
• Manage contact lists and proactively follow up with customers to nurture relationships
• Participate in weekly training sessions over Zoom to stay engaged with the team
• Identify new client insurance needs, insurance risk, goals, current coverage, and financial situation by scheduling meetings for new customers, ensuring a personalized experience
• Onboard incoming and retain existing clients via a variety of customer service tasks, such as appointment booking, and responding to inquiries regarding billing, coverage, eligibility, and insurance policies
• Develop a prospective customer base and advertise our insurance products through referrals, cold calling, networking, and other marketing strategies to secure new business
• Assist current policyholders during the insurance claims process while overseeing existing insurance claims
• Ensure all contracting paperwork is up to date while maintaining databases, records, and bookkeeping
Qualifications
• Must be able to pass a background check and reside in the USA with authorization to work
• Should possess a computer/laptop equipped with a camera, microphone, and reliable Internet service
• Must either have or be willing to promptly obtain a Life Insurance license in their respective state (typically a 2 - 4 week process)
• Ability to work autonomously and demonstrate a desire to assist individuals by offering solutions
• Display perseverance, determination, and a proactive work ethic
• Willingness to learn and be receptive to coaching opportunities
• Background in the health insurance or life insurance industries preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• Skilled with Microsoft Office
• Active Life & Health insurance license is a strong bonus
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills required
