W2 Position with Base + Commission + Full Benefits

Most life insurance agents are stuck chasing cold leads, fighting for support, or waiting for someone else's book of business to open up. At Capital Direct Insurance Services, we're changing that.
When you join our team, you'll step into a growth-focused environment with multiple targeted lead sources provided daily, as well as an established database of opportunities.We invest in you with tools, training, and support so you can focus on what you do best: closing deals, serving clients, and building your future.

What You'll Do
  • Meet with pre-qualified leads to recommend the best life insurance options
  • Work in-office Monday through Friday
  • Deliver excellent service and consistent follow-up
  • Take advantage of ongoing training, mentorship, and career coaching
