Job description

The Seasonal Hotel Laundry Attendant / Shuttle Driver is responsible for supporting hotel operations by maintaining clean and organized laundry services while also providing safe, friendly, and reliable transportation for hotel guests. This position plays an important role in creating a positive guest experience by ensuring linens are properly maintained and guests receive professional transportation service. This position will report to the General Manager.
This is a seasonal position intended to support increased occupancy and business demands during peak travel periods.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Promotes Company Mission, Vision and Core Values.
Laundry Responsibilities
  • Wash, dry, fold, and organize hotel linens, towels, and laundry items according to hotel standards.
  • Operate laundry equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Inspect linens for stains, damage, or wear and report issues to management.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the laundry room and storage areas.
  • Restock housekeeping and hotel linen supplies as needed.
  • Follow all chemical handling and safety procedures.
  • Assist housekeeping or other departments when operationally necessary.
Shuttle Driver Responsibilities
  • Safely transport hotel guests to and from designated locations such as airports, event venues, shopping centers, or local attractions.
  • Provide friendly and professional guest service during all interactions.
  • Assist guests with luggage loading and unloading.
  • Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the hotel shuttle vehicle.
  • Complete routine vehicle inspections and report maintenance concerns promptly.
  • Follow all traffic laws, hotel driving policies, and safety procedures.
  • Maintain accurate shuttle logs, schedules, and incident reports when required.

  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Must meet company insurance requirements to operate hotel vehicles.
  • Previous hotel, laundry, housekeeping, or shuttle driving experience preferred but not required.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality required.
  • Flexible availability, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.

Physical Requirements
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
  • Ability to push and pull laundry carts and assist guests with luggage.
