About the Role

Legacy Staffing is seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeper to support our client, a company in the agriculture industry specializing in grape farm management. This position supports operations during peak season and offers a great opportunity for candidates looking to gain experience in agricultural business operations, with potential for long-term hire.

Schedule:

  • Monday – Friday
  • 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

  • Process and manage invoices accurately and timely
  • Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) functions
  • Assist with basic payroll processing
  • Support inventory audits and reconciliation
  • Maintain organized financial records and documentation
