Program Simulation Support Specialist (Education & Youth Programs) | Seasonal/Part-Time Philadelphia, United States Location: Various locations throughout the Greater Philadelphia region (travel required) Schedule: Seasonal, Part-Time (Approx. 32 hours/week) Compensation: $21-$23/hour About the Opportunity Our client, a mission-driven educational nonprofit, is seeking a Program Simulation Support Specialist to help deliver interactive financial literacy programs to middle and high school students across southeastern Pennsylvania. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys staying organized, solving problems, working with technology, and helping events run seamlessly behind the scenes. You'll partner closely with the Program Simulation Lead to create exceptional learning experiences for students. What You'll Do Assist with the setup and breakdown of simulation events Manage event technology including tablets and presentation equipment Organize volunteers and assist with check‐in Help coordinate groups of students throughout the event Troubleshoot technology and logistical issues Support crowd flow and classroom management Assist with inventory and program materials Travel to schools and event locations throughout the Philadelphia region What We're Looking For Organized and detail-oriented Comfortable with technology Friendly and approachable Able to multitask in fast‐paced environments Passionate about working with students Dependable and flexible Comfortable working as part of a team Preferred Background Education Youth programs Event coordination Nonprofit organizations Additional Information Seasonal position aligned with the academic calendar Approximately 32 hours per week Four‐day workweeks during program season Reliable transportation required Background clearances required prior to employment If you enjoy supporting meaningful programs, solving problems, and helping students have an engaging learning experience, we'd love to connect with you. #J-18808-Ljbffr
