Job Description:

The Institute of Constitutional Thought and Leadership is seeking to hire a seasonal Events Coordinator. This position will plan and execute two summer seminars for roughly 50 K-12 teachers, work collaboratively with faculty, staff, and the administration across the Institute to plan and execute seminar logistics, including event budgeting, conference space allocations, catering, accommodations, travel, and technology and audiovisual needs, support, and processing invoices.
This position will also manage event administration including preparing name badges, attendee lists, conference materials, and reports as required, managing external vendors, coordinating payment, communicating with administration, staff and/or speakers regarding event information and developing and distributing event materials as required.The Events Coordinator will also provide direct to student workers at events.

Minimum Qualifications:

-Bachelor's Degree
-Event Coordination
-Excellent communication and organizational skills
