OVERVIEW
Reporting to the VP of Marketing, the role of "Director, Integrated & Field Marketing" will lead how Level99 shows up in the world at the local, regional, and brand level, with the goal of driving awareness, traffic, and cultural relevance through seasonal campaigns, local venue marketing, new venue openings, strategic partnerships, and public relations. This role will develop local marketing playbooks and programs that help each venue activate in its own market while staying aligned to the Level99 brand, while also leading marketing and PR for openings, announcements, feature launches, room launches, menu asset rollouts, and other key brand moments. The role will also oversee the seasonal and tentpole activation calendar across the marketing org. The right candidate is both a strategist and a doer, able to build scalable systems and playbooks while also executing high-impact launches, events, partnerships, and media opportunities in close collaboration with operations, culinary, creative, venue leadership, and external partners and agencies. We are looking for a true leader who will help shape how Level99 earns attention and builds presence in the markets we serve, and who leads with integrity, humility, positivity, and an owner-operator mindset.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Integrated Marketing
  • Build and own the seasonal and tentpole campaign strategy working to connect the storytelling and vision of the brand throughout the year across key channels
  • Manage execution at the venue level while working with the rest of the marketing team to ensure deployment of strategy across key channels such as social and lifecycle
  • Serve as a liaison with the rest of the organization to ensure we are highlighting new features, games, and moments in the most effective way

Field / Local Venue Marketing
  • Lead local marketing strategy across Level99 venues, creating playbooks, tools, and programs that drive awareness and traffic in each market.
  • Partner with Operations and venue leaders to ensure efforts are practical, on-brand, data-driven, and tied to business goals, while building systems to track and scale what works.

New Venue Openings
  • Lead marketing and PR for new venue openings from pre-launch through post-open momentum.
  • Build repeatable opening playbooks covering market entry, partnerships, media, influencers, community engagement, and launch programming.

F&B and Craft Partner Marketing
  • Partner with culinary, beverage, and craft partners to maximize restaurant and beverage relationships through marketing, storytelling, programming, and PR.
  • Support launches, campaigns, and local buzz tied to restaurant concepts, menus , and other culinary moments.
  • Oversee menu rollout processes and support branded restaurant touchpoints in partnership with the F&B team.

Public Relations & Brand Communications
  • Lead PR strategy for the company, including venue announcements, openings, partnerships, launches, and other key brand moments in collaboration with the VP of Marketing.
  • Develop messaging, media materials, and launch plans that help Level99 earn meaningful coverage and stay aligned with brand and business priorities.
  • Identify and manage brand partnerships that drive awareness, trial, and brand equity for Level99.

MUST-HAVE SKILLS
  • 8+ years of marketing experience, with expertise in brand marketing, field marketing, local marketing, brand partnerships, PR, openings, and/or related disciplines.
  • Proven experience building marketing programs for physical locations, ideally across multiple units or markets.
  • Strong experience managing launch campaigns, openings, events, activations, partnerships, or public relations initiatives.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to lead multiple workstreams and keep cross functional teams aligned.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work effectively with venue teams, executives, agency partners, media, and external collaborators.
  • Strong creative instincts with the ability to identify ideas that will generate attention and local relevance.
  • Analytical mindset with comfort measuring performance and using data to refine future programming.
  • Prior experience in multi-unit hospitality, entertainment, restaurant, retail, or consumer experiential brands is strongly preferred.
  • Self-starter who is comfortable with ambiguity and finds joy in creating structure.
  • Team first mentality with willingness to jump in wherever is needed.
  • Positive attitude and someone who leads by example.

OTHER DESIRABLE (BUT NOT NECESSARY) SKILLS & EXPERIENCE INCLUDE
  • Experience working with PR agencies, local media, and opening campaigns.
  • Experience developing partnership proposals and managing partner relationships.
  • Familiarity with multi-location operations and how to build scalable field marketing systems.
  • Experience supporting F&B, beverage, or hospitality-related marketing initiatives.

$130,000 - $160,000 a year
