This is a hands-on, fast-paced role where no two days are the same-and where your flexibility and customer service skills make a real impact.


This is a seasonal position supporting our peak season from May 20 through October 15, 2026.A seasonal role isa great wayto get started at Avis Budget Group and may lead to future opportunities beyond the peak season.


WhatYou'llDo:


This is an outdoor, multi-function role where you willassistcustomers throughoutdifferent partsof the rental and return process on our airport lots. Depending on location, your responsibilities may include checking vehicles, entering information into a handheld device, processing rentals for loyalty customers,assistingcustomers at exit gates, and checking vehiclesin atreturn.


Throughout each interaction, you will provide professional, friendly customer service to help ensure a smooth, efficient, and positive experience for every customer.

  • This position requires regular, on-site presence and cannot be performed remotely
  • 6 months retail or customer service experience in a fast-paced environment is a bonus
