What is a seasonal construction laborer?

Seasonal construction laborers are workers hired temporarily, often during peak construction periods, to assist with tasks such as site preparation, material handling, cleanup, and basic building activities. Their employment typically aligns with construction seasons when weather conditions are favorable or project demand is high. These positions require physical stamina, the ability to follow instructions, and sometimes basic knowledge of construction tools and safety procedures. Seasonal laborers play a vital role in keeping construction projects on schedule by providing essential manual support.
