Seasonal Full-Time | September Through October | $18-$25/Hour

River Valley Marine is hiring a Seasonal Marine Detailer to support our busy fall freeze protection and winterization season on Lake Minnetonka. We are looking for hardworking, reliable team members who enjoy hands-on work around premium boats, pontoons, surf boats, wake boats, fishing boats, and luxury marine equipment.

This is a great opportunity for someone interested in boating, marine, detailing, marina operations, trailer handling, outdoor work, or the marine and powersports industry.

Pay & Schedule

  • $18-$25/hour depending on experience
  • Seasonal full-time position: September through October
  • Monday-Friday schedule
  • 40-50 hours per week

What You'll Be Doing

  • Detail customer and dealership boats before winter storage
  • Wash, wax, buff, polish, and thoroughly clean boat interiors and exteriors
  • Prepare boats for freeze protection, shrink wrapping, storage, and transport
  • Move, stage, and organize boats throughout dealership and marina property
  • Assist with trailer handling and boat transport
  • Operate detailing tools, cleaning equipment, and shop equipment safely
  • Maintain clean, organized work and storage areas
  • Support dealership operations during the busy fall boating season
  • Work around pontoons, surf boats, wake boats, fishing boats, and premium marine equipment
