Job description

Racker / Un-Racker – Powder Coat Paint Line
Location: Union, MO.
Schedule: Full-Time
About the Role:
Racker/Un-Rackers keep our powder coat paint line moving. You’ll hang, prep, and remove aluminum profiles as they move through the finishing process, making sure parts are handled correctly and come out clean, coated, and ready for customers.
Work Schedule:
  • Monday–Thursday: 4:30 p.m. – 2:00 a.m.
  • Friday (during peak production times): 4:30pm - 12am.

What You’ll Do:
  • Rack and un-rack aluminum parts on the powder coat line.
  • Handle materials carefully to prevent scratches or dents.
  • Inspect parts for defects and report issues.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
  • Work efficiently as part of a fast-paced production team.
