A progressive, growing national brokerage is looking for a Commercial Lines Producer for a GL book of business. This is a newly created position due to expansion. There is potential to move into executive and operations roles. Must have Texas licensure and commercial lines production experience in an agency setting. Hybrid schedule. Competitive base compensation, a tiered commission structure with an impressive increase after the validation period, benefits, PTO, and an excellent bonus structure.
