Job Description

  • Manage personal injury litigation files from lawsuit filing through resolution with exceptional organization and accuracy
  • Support attorneys through active trial preparation, including depositions, mediations, hearings, and trials
  • Draft, format, and proofread Texas state and federal pleadings, motions, and discovery under attorney supervision
  • Coordinate Texas e-filing, docketing, deadlines, court dates, and discovery cutoffs
  • Prepare trial notebooks, exhibit lists, witness materials, and digital trial presentations
  • Act as a professional and compassionate liaison with clients, courts, medical providers, and opposing counsel
  • Order, track, and organize medical, billing, and insurance records, including compliance with Texas CPRC 18.001

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of continuous Texas plaintiff personal injury litigation experience
  • Demonstrated trial preparation experience or direct trial exposure
  • Strong knowledge of Texas Rules of Civil Procedure and local court rules
  • Excellent attention to detail, time management, and prioritization skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, and legal case management systems
  • Bilingual Spanish skills are a plus, not required
